Job Description

The Technology Team (Global) provides technical expertise, global governance and support across the platform within Flight Centre.   The Salesforce Technical Lead will provide advice and guidance around technical design decisions on the platform. The Tech Lead role will provide technical expertise across one or many streams of:
Account Management
Responsiblities :
Understand database structure and governance rules
Write test classes & perform system testing
Deploy code within deployment management process framework
Configure objects, fields, layouts etc in, ensuring alignment with requirements and existing security and structure
Liaise with business analysts, development team, architect and members of the global Lighthouse team to establish best solution for new work
Support administrators and training personnel located within deployed countries via case management and knowledge of the system
Ensure the customised instance has good quality training, user support and release documentation which is consistent in content and aligns with business understanding
Participate in the evolution of team best practices, standards and policies
Communicate and work with other members of this team closely to ensure project and business needs are met
