About the Opportunity
The main objective of this role is to support the FCM Asian sales team to win business by demonstrating genuine expertise and knowledge around the technical capabilities of the FCM solution and communicating this to prospects and customers
This includes all elements of the products which we introduce to our customers and that sit within the FCM Platform and covering end to end booking process, content and aggregation and bespoke customer specific capabilities
The role will also be responsible for keeping the sales team up to speed with technological innovations within FCM and within the industry and be the go to for projects and speaking arrangements for conferences
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, how the booking flow works and be a excellent communicator and salesperson. They will also need to understand corporate travel experience and good understanding of the Flight Centre business.
Key Responsibilities are:
Work with the Asian sales team to help put together and deliver presentations to communicate a clear and exciting view of the FCM Platform
Own the demo sites within the business and ensure they are up to date
Work with Business Systems to think strategically about bespoke solutions and understand their ramifications and ensure the solutions which customers want are being delivered in our roadmap
Work with the business and sales leaders across Asia to understand market needs to grow and retain the customer base
Supporting account management with retaining existing customers and moving them onto our technology
Increasing the conversion rate of the Asian sales team wins
Increasing the movement of FCM customers onto our proprietary technology
Upskilling the sales and account management team on product and new enhancements
Working with Business Systems and team to ensure the road map for tech in Asia matches customer expectation
Experience in corporate travel industry is a plus
5 years working in a front line sales environment
Experience working with 3rd party technology vendors and technology
Strong influencing skills
Attention to details
Good relationship building skills with stakeholders, leaders and customers
