Extreme Bike Tours announces new rides

Motorbike tour operator Extreme Bike Tours has added two more itineraries to its programme for 2014 and 2015.
The first will be an 11-day, 640km tour of the Indian state of Sikkim in May 2014 and 15, through a roundtrip from Delhi. The route will go through area’s terraced fields, Darjeeling farms and ancient monasteries. There will also be views of the Himalayas, and the world’s third highest peak, Mt. Kanchenjunga.
The second itinerary, in May 2014 and 15, is a 15-day journey through Bhutan which has 1,500km of riding, starting in Sikkim but going onto the Himalayan mountain kingdom of Bhutan. The country has only just started to open up to tourists, which is still strictly monitored.
Prices start from US$3,580 for the 11-day trip (US$2,420 for those riding pillion) and the 15-day price started at US$6,650 (US$5,870 for riding pillion).
