Your direct service employing a 787 Dreamliner between London Heathrow and Mexico City is proving very popular with travellers. What are the major features of the aircraft?
The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is considered the most modern aircraft in the world. Some of the main advantages featured by this plane include more legroom, larger windows, and individual touch screens for the personal entertainment system featuring 20 movies and 36 television series. Its state-of-the-art technology includes the Sky Interiors LED lighting, and improved cabin pressurization for reduced travel fatigue and jet lag symptoms. Aeromexico also created a new in-flight dining menu for meals on board its Dreamliners.
You also provide premium passengers with a chauffeur service in London.

In total, we fly to 87 destinations, 46 of which are in Mexico. Popular destinations include Cancun, Cozumel, Guadalajara, Los Cabos, Merida, Monterrey, Puerto Vallarta, Queretaro, Veracruz, Villahermosa, among others. We also connect with 16 destinations in the US such as Los Angeles, New York, among others; 16 in Latin America such as Bogota, Buenos Aires, Havana, Santo Domingo, Sao Paulo, among others; 4 in Europe, 3 in Canada and 2 in Asia. Aeromexico offers more than 600 daily flights with over 60,000 seats connecting more than 45,000 passengers each day.
You recently launched your new corporate loyalty program.
Yes, Corporate Club is a new and exclusive discount program for business and personal travel. This new service is a loyalty program that allows companies to obtain exclusive benefits, such as competitive discounts and Premier Points by booking travel through preferred travel agencies, and the carrier’s Reservation Centre; Premier Points earned by distance travelled; three Gold Status benefits including upgrades from Economy to the Clase Premier cabin (Business Class), Check-in at Aeromexico Clase Premier and SkyTeam counters, 25% bonus on the mileage flown, and priority boarding, among others.
Are you expanding your route capacity to Europe?
Yes, Aeromexico will add a sixth seasonal flight in June to the London-Mexico City route for three months, to meet the high summer demand by business and leisure travellers. The service between these two capital cities allows customers travelling from London Heathrow to connect to Aeromexico’s extensive route network. Starting on May 29, Aeromexico will begin to serve the Amsterdam-Mexico City route with three weekly flights, making this our fourth destination in Europe. We will operate this route with our Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Aeromexico has served the Madrid-Mexico City route for over 60 years, and currently offers nine weekly flights between the two capital cities. Starting in May, we will add two seasonal weekly flights to the route operated with our Boeing 787 Dreamliners, and our Boeing 777 jet airliners with 277 passenger seats, including 49 in Clase Premier, Aeromexico’s business class cabin.
