Finnair looks to boost leisure sales with FlyBe deal

Finnair has revealed it will enter an agreement with FlyBe later this year to strengthen leisure regional routes in Scandinavia. From 31 October FlyBe will commence services from Helsinki to Tampere, Turku and Tallinn with further operations in discussion. “We also look forward to exploring deeper co-operation with Finnair to develop Nordic [and Baltic] market entry strategies,” revealed FlyBe Chairman and CEO Jim French.
