Holiday giant First Choice has launched a travel programme aimed at dispelling myths around package holidays called Whisked Away.
The programme, which consists of a six part series of webinars, includes footage of First Choice taking package holiday ‘rejecters’ to one of their resorts to “challenge their perceptions”.
Jeremy Ellis, marketing director, First Choice said: “We wanted to create innovative content that engages, entertains and informs at the same time. There are lots of misconceptions that all-inclusive holidays resemble the dated package holidays of the 1970s. At First Choice, we’re constantly modernising our business and offer exclusive holidays that suit individual customer needs – whether that’s a more luxurious break with fine dining and spa treatments or a family holiday packed with activities to ensure both kids and big kids have fun. This series of webisodes is a great way of bringing to life what the home of all-inclusive offers whilst, in travel TV show style, giving viewers inspiration for where to go on their next holiday.”
