For the sixth consecutive year, Flight Centre UK Ltd has been named one of the UK’s leading workplaces in the coveted Great Place to Work annual awards.
Placing 20th in the large organisation category (companies with 500+ employees), Flight Centre was recognised for having a high trust, high engagement workplace culture, achieved through the company’s £2 million investment in staff training and continuous development.
Flight Centre was assessed via two components, an employee survey and an audit of its management and HR practices. Great Place to Work measures five dimensions of a great workplace: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
Flight Centre UK’s managing director, Chris Galanty, commented: “To once again be ranked one of the UK’s leading workplaces by Great Place to Work is a brilliant accomplishment. I’m immensely proud of the whole UK team; it’s their dedication and drive that enables us to deliver exceptional tailor-made travel experiences. Nurturing our team and providing them with the tools to succeed is at the forefront of our company policy and will continue to shape our business moving forward.”
