flynas boosts Saudiazation

In an effort to highlight the importance of Saudiazation within the country, flynas is playing a crucial role in training and development of Saudi youth.
This training is offered to both genders to take their place in different fields of aviation, including the airline’s future pilots programme.
Wael Al-Sarhan, director of marketing and communication at NAS Holding, said: “NAS Group strongly believes in Saudi manpower and is totally committed to training and employing talented Saudi nationals. We have already achieved a Saudization rate of 60% in different administrations and positions.”
As per statistics, Saudis represent 80% of the first officers’ team and out that 70 young Saudi first officers have graduated from the Pilots Cadet Programme. The airline plans to have 150 Saudi co-pilots by the end of the programme. The total number of Saudi flight attendants has touched 111 and plans are underway to hire and train more Saudi candidates.
