Frasers Hospitality has opened the Fraser Suites Suzhou. Set in two 55-storey towers topped with a multi-use ‘diamond’, Fraser Suites Suzhou is located in the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), which is developed and run by the China and Singapore governments. The new property features 276 apartments, all with broadband internet access, home entertainment systems, and with LCD TVs. Residents also have access to a business centre, golf simulator, tai chi area, children’s play zone, swimming and hydrotherapy pools. The ‘diamond’ section at the top of the building meanwhile, features a Sky Lounge, cigar bar, billiards room and meeting rooms.
“We believe the market is ready for Frasers’ gold-standard services,” said Frasers’ CEO, Choe Peng Sum. “More than 100 Fortune 500 companies have operations at Suzhou Industrial Park and this is our target market.”
Frasers has also entered into a further agreement to manage two more SPG properties in Wuxi and Ningbo. These two serviced residences are expected to open in 2015.
