Executive class passengers and Garuda Frequent Flyer (GFF) Platinum members can now check-in and pay their airport taxes at the new area. Other services offered at the new facility include ticket reservations and itinerary changes.
“Our new premium check-in area will make travelling for our executive passengers and frequent flyers even more convenient. It’s part of what we call the ‘Garuda Indonesia Experience’ – our unique passenger service concept which has earned us a number of awards over the last couple of months,” said Bagus Siregar, Garuda’s Vice President for Australia & Southwest Pacific.
GFF Platinum cardholders will also provide be provided with a personal assistant to help with the check-in process.
