The Great Room at Grosvenor House plays host to many influential guests across a range of industries from publishing, to publicans, from music to travel, and with over 360 events held annually, The Great Room and The Ballroom have become iconic London venues.
The film was produced by Mr Jonathan Booth from The Internet Video Company www.theinternetvideocompany.com. He said of the film’s creation; “The inspiration for this film came from Claire and her team, watching an event come together is like a piece of theatre in its own right that builds to a great crescendo as guests arrive for an event, and the team at Grosvenor House form a fantastic cast.”
Claire Keene, Director of Events of Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel said of the film “The Great Room is one of the hotel’s greatest assets. As a team we really thrive on ensuring the success of each event; the level of teamwork required to achieve this is impressive. We wanted to create the film to give our customers and guests a unique snapshot of what goes on behind the scenes which in turn ensures that the front of house operation runs like clockwork.”
As Director of Events at Grosvenor House, Claire has set very high standards for her team. In recent years, two of her team have won Acorn Awards and Claire was also awarded the Global Event Management Award of Excellence for Marriott Hotels.
