Gulf Air hosted a seminar for front line and sales staff representing 30 travel agents in Thailand.
Held earlier this month at Khao Yai National Park, Nakhon Ratchasima, the one-day seminar garnered positive feedback from all participants, according to the carrier.
The travel agents were familiarised by Khaled Abdulrahman, Gulf Air A/country manager and airport manager, Bangkok and the airline’s dedicated sales team at Gulf Air about the airline’s latest developments, enhanced schedule and modified connections to various European destinations, the promotional fares on offer and the airline’s future plans with regards to its fleet development over the coming years.
Yahya Ali Buali, gulf air senior manager sales said the carrier is “committed to serving the Thai market, as we have done since our first entry in 1978, in a variety of ways”.
“With strong bilateral ties, there is considerable mutual support between the two countries in developing and promoting tourism,” he added.
The airline currently operates six weekly flights between Bangkok and Bahrain.
