In an effort to enhance customer experience, Gulf Air recently renewed a two-year deal with SITA, for network, messaging and voice services.
Gulf Air’s acting chief executive officer Maher Salman Al Musallam said: “We are constantly looking at ways to offer our customers enhanced service standards and that encompasses a broad range of deliverables extending to our technological capabilities.”
The renewed deal will see SITA improve the airline’s network, messaging and voice services. This in turn will reduce operational costs and improve service quality and availability. The SITA’s AirportHub infrastructure will enable Gulf Air to access its Virtual Private Network (VPN) and business applications at airports globally.
