The Ajman Palace hotel recently received its HACCP certification following a thorough inspection of food processes in its kitchens, restaurants and coffee shops. The HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) ensures strict adherence and implementation of food safety procedures in hotels and food establishments.
In order to obtain the certification, the hotel went through a detailed analysis and scrutiny of various food procedures from procurement, storage and handling of food products to processing, cooking, distribution and consumption.
