German-based cruise liner Hapag-Lloyd has revealed its two exploration itineraries for Winter 2012 and 2013.
This Winter the Hanseatic – the world’s only five star exploration ship – will embark on a 16-night cruise at six new ports including Maroantsetra, Nosy Hara, Morondava, Nosy Ve, Toliara and Ilha dos Portugueses on Africa’s West Coast. The following year the Bremen will call on the coast of Madagascar for the first time on a 17-night sail.
Both ships are equipped for travel in difficult waters, holding the highest ice class ranking for passenger vessels (E4).
