Heathrow Express has appointed a new agency covering creative, digital, and CRM. Following a competitive review involving 13 agencies, BAA operated Heathrow Express has consolidated its global agency roster into GyroHSR. “After a thorough selection process we have chosen GyroHSR to help build brand awareness, support our sales objectives and to help continue driving high levels of international traffic to heathrowexpress.com,” said Paul Brindley, Heathrow Express commercial director. “Our targets for growth are both aggressive and ambitious but follow a highly successful year, where our brand out-performed our competitors and the market in general.
