Hilton opens first hotel in Montenegro

Hilton has announced the opening of its first property in Montenegro, Hilton Podgorica Crna Gora.
Set within a historic location, home to the first hotel to open in Podgorica in 1953, the new property offers guests great views and easy access to the city’s sights. The hotel also offers guests the chance to explore the likes of Biogradska Gora National Park, the Bay of Kotor and Sipcanik Wine Cellar.
Key features include:
– 180 guest rooms, including 23 suites, the Presidential Suite has panoramic views of the city.
– Sky Bar on the eight floor with indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the city.
– Restaurant Crna Gora serving up gourmet international and local specialities.
– One of the city’s largest spas featuring a Finnish sauna, Bio sauna and steam bath. The Doclea Spa also has massage rooms, an indoor pool and experience showers that offer visual, sound, temperature and aromatic effects.
– Terrace Fontana offering homemade cakes and ice-creams, set to be popular with the local community.
Rates start from €135 (£115) per night.
