HK Express will add 18 more weekly flights to its schedules over the coming months.
From early February 2015, the Hong Kong-based low-cost carrier will add more services to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and mainland China, to cater for an expected rise in demand over the Chinese New Year and Easter holidays.
Five weekly flights will be added to the Tokyo Narita and Seoul routes, while four more weekly services will operate to Taichung and three to Ningbo. One additional weekly service has already been added to the Chiang Mai route.
“These are some of the most popular destinations amongst Hong Kong people,” said HK Express’ deputy CEO, Andrew Cowen. “It is clear to us people want low-fare options to these destinations, particularly Japan, and we are excited to offer our guests these additional flights in time for Chinese New Year and Easter.”
All flights are operated using HK Express’ fleet of Airbus A320 aircraft.
