Huge croc comes to Sydney Wildlife World

One of the largest and deadliest crocodiles in the world - weighing in at 700kg and stretching 5 metres - has taken up residence at Sydney Wildlife World and to celebrate the Novotel Sydney Darling Harbour and Grand Mercure Apartments Darling Harbour are offering special ‘Go Wild’ packages that include overnight accommodation for two adults and two children, full buffet breakfast for four and a family pass to Wildlife World, from just $300 at the Novotel and $400 at Grand Mercure.
Rex the crocodile is part of a new multi-million dollar interactive experience called The Last Living Dinosaur, a recreation of a Kakadu Gorge, which takes visitors on a spine-chilling journey through time with a range of educational displays, surrounded by wildlife, mist and dark, forbidding waters. The highlight will be coming face to face with this ancient and monstrous reptile, both above and below the waterline of its watery mangrove home.
