Strikes at Iberia are to stop after unions accepted a proposal put forward by parent company International Airlines Group (IAG).
The deal has saved more than 700 job losses and offered a higher redundancy payment for those who are fired.
Industrial action has plagued the airline since its restructure was announced, with its third round of five-day strikes due next week now called off.
