British Airways and Iberia have extended their codeshare agreement to increase the UK’s connectivity to Latin America and Iberia’s customers to the Middle East. BA has placed its code on Iberia flights between Madrid and San Jose (Costa Rica) and Panama City. In addition, Iberia has added its code to BA flights to Bahrain, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait and Muscat, as well as Cape Town. Both airlines will share Johannesburg flights. Meanwhile, BA has also launched a new map-based search tool on its website. The BA Tripseeker allows travellers to find a holiday through a search panel and uses Google Maps to show the destinations.
