IHG plans world’s largest Holiday Inn

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Crocus Group have signed a deal to build the world’s biggest Holiday Inn hotel in Moscow
Crocus Group will invest more that US$100 million in the project, with IHG operating the property under a 20 year management contract. Construction on the 1,000-room Holiday Inn Moscow is scheduled to start in 2011, with the hotel set to open in 2014. It will be located in Crocus City, in the Krasnogorsk area of Moscow.
