The Indian travel industry will soon get a glimpse of the Ajman Palace Hotel.
The hospitality group will participate in a road show in India from 5-9 April showcasing the facilities to trade partners in four cities including New Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore and Mumbai.
The road show is organised by Lama Tours to promote UAE as a destination in India as well as assess unique needs of the Indian market. The event will also include representatives of airlines, travel and tourism companies as well as other hotels.
Ferghal Purcell, general manager of The Ajman Palace Hotel said: “India is currently the third most important source market for the UAE, after Saudi Arabia and the UK, as per a report by Business Monitor International (BMI), which also reveals that the hotel industry is heavily geared towards luxury and business travellers.”
Ferghal further added: “India is a very significant market for us. The road show will help us to penetrate further the market. Our primary objective is to spread awareness about The Ajman Palace Hotel and its facilities especially with a focus on its wedding and convention facilities. Road shows such as these play a crucial role in boosting the number of inbound tourists. It will allow us to understand the requirements of visitors from India and tailor best packages to suit their needs.”
