InterCon Grand Stanford honours long-serving staff

InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong celebrates its 30th anniversary on 18 September 2011, and has honoured 11 long-serving employees who were part of the hotel’s pre-opening team. The 11 include William Lam, who joined as 2nd Commis Chef and has risen to Executive Sous Chef, while Aouda Tam started out as Housekeeping Clerk in 1981 and has advanced to Director of Housekeeping.
“ICGS has witnessed great changes in the Tsimshatsui district over the past 30 years and has established renowned hospitality to travellers from all over the world. We would like to thank our staff for their ongoing commitment, dedication and professionalism. The varieties of international awards we have received throughout the years reflect the significant contribution of our entire team.” said the hotel’s General Manager, Peter Pollmeier.
