From this month, Japan Airlines (JAL) will codeshare on flights operated by China Eastern Airlines between Tokyo (Narita) and Nanjing.
On December 20, the Chinese carrier will start a twice-weekly service between the two cities with departures on Thursday and Sunday. The new code share agreement will enable JAL to place its “JL” designator on the newly launched flights. Tickets for the codeshare are on sale.
Both carriers have been codeshare partners for the past five years.
