The deal becomes effective from 18 Jun 2007 and allows JAL, who had previously announced that they would be suspending flights from Nagoya to Beijing from 02 Jun, to continue providing a service between the two cities.
The two airlines now code share on 12 routes linking China and Japan, with JAL looking to expand further into the Chinese market.
JAL is hoping to operate 268 flights per week on 26 routes by 01 Jul 2007.
