James Villa Holidays has announced the launch of a new region – Halkidiki, Greece, which is easily accessed by Thessaloniki Airport.
James Villa Holidays will initially offer guests nine properties, all based on the Kassandra Peninsula, which will expand James Villa Holidays’ portfolio of Greek properties to 374. James Villas intends to soon expand to Nea Moudania.
Head of product, Rob Tipler, said: “Greece has been an evolving region for James over the past 14 years, and we’re always looking to expand into new destinations. Halkidiki is famed for its wondrous ancient Greek history and hosts some of the most beautiful sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters that Greece has to offer. It remains widely untouched by main stream tourism so offers our customers the perfect, peaceful holiday destination to both relax on the golden sandy beaches as well as explore its fantastic historical sites.”
James Villas will have four properties situated within a family-run villa complex in Hanioti that offers a gym, mini-spa, indoor heated pool and sauna. Villa Kassandra from James Villas’ Classic collection is one of the four properties available in Hanioti; it is located on a small hillside, with views over the resort and across the seas, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private pool.
The company will also offer guests five villas in Kappa Resort only kilometres from Paliouri, such as Electra Villa, which has two bedrooms and bathrooms, Wi-Fi and a private pool, and Villa Iliachtis, which features an open plan living area, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioning and pool.
