The Japan Tourism Agency (JTA) and Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) have announced a series of activities planned in February 2011 in Mumbai and New Delhi.
In February 2011 JTA and JNTO will be participating in the Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) which will be held in Mumbai between 18-20 February as well as in New Delhi between 24-26 February. As well as this, JTA and JNTO will organise Travel Agent Seminars in Mumbai and New Delhi. The Mumbai seminar takes place on 21 February at Hotel Four Seasons Mumbai and the other on 23 February at Hotel Leela Chanakyapuri New Delhi.
“We would like to understand the difficulties and challenges that a travel agent faces when organising trips to Japan and also present some alternate and affordable ways of visiting Japan,” said the JNTO.
These activities are a part of JTA and JNTO’s latest Visit Japan campaign where a series of initiatives and tie-ups have been drawn to attract more tourists to Japan.
