Jet Airways to unveil new menus

Jet Airways is unveiling a new menu on 1 April 2010. The development comes on the back of an F&B overhaul last year by Michelin-starred Belgian chef, Yves Mattagne. Chef Yves designed a new range of Western dishes to complement the Indian food served on board, which is supplied by Kensington’s Bombay Brasserie, part of the Taj Group.
