Holiday firm Jet2holidays and its carrier Jet2.com have described their six-month to September results as “satisfactory” in a statement released today.
The company, which saw its holiday division take 634,866 passengers away in the period described above, underwent significant increases. In the same timeframe in 2012 it took 312,000 people on holiday.
“This growth continues to be fuelled by further improvements to the Jet2holidays product range, underpinned by a relentless focus on providing a great value offering to our Northern based customers,” a statement read.
The company went on to say that the results would have been better, but for the warm summer in the North of England.
Jet2holidays will release its interim results for the six months to 30 September on 21 November.
