Jetstar applies for JAL codeshare

Jetstar has requested permission to enter into a code share arrangement with Japan Airlines (JAL) on its Osaka-Gold Cost-Sydney and Cairns-Tokyo Narita services, the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation has reported. The carrier has made its application to the International Air Services Commission (IASC) hoping to build of strong traffic since it started Japanese services last year.
