Jetstar has announced its continued growth in China, with flights to Hangzhou taking-off for the first time on 22 March. Flights to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, in China’s Zhejiang province, will be served direct from Singapore’s Changi airport using the low-cost carrier’s Airbus A320 aircraft. The service will initially operate three times a week (Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays) with an extra Saturday flight being added from 27 March. Hangzhou becomes Jetstar’s seventh destination in Greater China, and the fourth to be launched in the past 12 months.
