Job Description

Airline Leisure Account Manager, Central London

Philippine Airlines, Asia’s first airline and the nation’s flag carrier, is seeking an experienced leisure account manager to maximise revenues from the UK leisure market. You’ll be managing a large client portfolio and the role will involve travel both UK and worldwide. The role is based in Central London but will require travel to visit clients throughout the UK. The role is a one year fixed term contract, with the possibility to extend for a further six months.

 

Airline Account Manager Responsibilities:

Promote PAL’s product and services to the trade in order to increase existing revenues

Keep accurate records of sales activity

Keep up to date with products from other carriers and destinations

Contribute to the UK Business plan

Provide feedback and assist in the implementation of the UK Sales and Marketing Plan

Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations related to the assigned sales area

Represent the Company at industry functions and trade events

 

Airline Account Manager Requirements:

Experience in airline sales and travel trade representation

First-rate interpersonal, communication and listening skills

Good analytical and problem solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to work well under pressure

Proven ability to achieve targets

Ability to work well within a team

Strong understanding of airline market dynamics and requirements
