Our client is 5 stars and situated in the heart of Bangkok and appointed modern amenities and beautiful Thai-inspired accents.They are looking for an Assistant Director of F&B who will able to join luxury property and report to expat Director of F&B.

Responsibilities

• Works with direct reports to develop and implement promotions, food and wine pairings, menu items and presentations.
• Develops a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the brand’s business strategy and leads its execution.
• Reviews staffing levels to ensure that guest service and operational needs are met.
• Utilizes employee feedback and an “open door” policy to identify and address employee problems or concerns in a timely manner.
• Reviews financial reports and statements to determine how Food and Beverage is performing against budget.
• Creates an atmosphere in all food and beverage areas that meets or exceeds guest expectations.
• Strives to improve service performance.
• Conducts annual performance appraisals with direct reports according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Communicates and executes departmental and property emergency procedures.
• Sets goals and expectations for direct reports using the performance review process and holds staff accountable for successful performance.
• Ensures employees receive on-going training to understand guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Thai National only.
• Male or Female and aged 30-40.
• Good personality.
• Strong English Communication skills.
• 5 years of hotel experience required, F&B background is preferable.
• Ability to multi­task: manage multiple projects at the same time.
