Business Development Manager Required for this established TMC based abroad looking to develop larger presence in the UK. They are looking for a experienced BDM from the business travel world with a proven track record of winning business and ideally a client following. They will pay up to £40,000 plus a great comm structure and benefits.
Business Development Managers duties –To identify quality leads through platforms such as the internet, networking, face to face meetings, referrals & canvassing – Cold call leads with the aim to book a meeting with qualified prospects – Meet with prospects, assess their needs, reveal current pains then advise on solutions & secure a commitment to do business – Regular client meetings to build a solid working relationship that is sustainable into the distant future & increase client spend to ensure there is no leakage -Once an account is won you will facilitate a full implementation process
Business Developments Managers skills required -Previous business development experience for another TMC, -Proven successful sales track record -Client following -Able to build long lasting relationships -Results, goals and recognition driven -Highly self motivated -Good verbal presentation skills
