An established well respected finance company based in the Manchester area, are recruiting for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join their busy Contact Centre. Suitable candidates will have experience managing a team within a sales and service based role within a call centre environment , leading and developing a team to achieve personal and company targets.

40 hours per week, Monday-Sunday 9am -7pm (rota based around opening hours) . Basic salary £37, 0000 plus bonus OTE £50, 000

Sales Team Manager Responsibilities;

• Managing a team of sales/account managers within a fast paced call centre environment
• Offering support and guidance on a daily basis to the team
• Completing one to ones, training and development with the team
• Working closely with other departments and monitoring call quality

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience managing a team in a call centre environment either within sales or service
• Confident leading and developing a team to achieve personal and company targets
• Planning personal development plans and ensuring KPI’s are monitored and achieved
• Monitoring call volumes and ensuring staffing levels meet the demand
