UK hotel operator Kew Green Hotels has added four hotels to its management portfolio, taking the total number of properties it controls up to 30.
The group has added four Holiday Inn branded hotels to its books on 1 December 2012, shortly after it acquired three other Holiday Inn properties earlier in November.
The four new hotels are in Glasgow, Leeds, Norwich Airport and Brighton, three of the locations feature fitness clubs.
“We are delighted to have signed agreements for these four great hotels and look forward to working with the management teams and staff to ensure their guests have the best of the Holiday Inn experience,” commented Paul Johnson, chief executive officer of Kew Green Hotels Ltd. “‘We have worked with the owners to provide a strategic solution to these hotels and look forward to realising their potential and maximising owner returns.”
