Killer curry puts fundraisers in hospital
Two people were hospitalised by their roles in the “world’s hottest chilli” competition. Staged at an Indian restaurant in Edinburgh, Scotland, contestants were required to sign an insurance disclaimer before sitting down to eat the ‘Kismot Killer” curry. They had to eat four bowls of the stuff as part of a charity fundraiser, but so severe were the effects that two people required emergency medical treatment.
