Korean Air has opened its new lounge at Los Angeles International Airport.
Located on the fifth floor of the Tom Bradley International Terminal, the new lounge covers 1,320m² – 68% bigger than Korean Air’s previous LAX lounge – and can seat 305 passengers.
Facilities at the lounge include four private rooms and shower booths, a balcony offering views of the terminal, plus a luggage storage area. Passengers are welcomed into the new facility with a large picture of Seoul’s UNESCO-listed Changdeok Palace.
The new lounge will accommodate Korean Air’s first and ‘Prestige’ class passengers, as well as those of the 20 SkyTeam member airlines.
The South Korean national carrier currently operates double daily Airbus A380 flights between Seoul’s Incheon International Airport and LAX.
