Laguna Property, Phuket’s largest developer of high quality resort residences, has announced the launch of Laguna Shores, offering serviced one- and two-bedroom holiday apartments with access to Laguna Phuket resort facilities.
Construction of Laguna Shores is scheduled to begin in mid-2013, once all regulatory approvals are in place, with completion of the development expected in mid-2015.
The finished development will comprise 229 chic apartments in a stepped U-shaped building up to six storeys high, with various facilities including a café/restaurant, bar, gym, and swimming pool.
Owners will also be entitled to a Laguna Resident’s Privilege Card, providing benefits and up to 50% discounts at selected Laguna Phuket hotels and facilities.
The compact apartments, ranging from 40 – 88 square metres, are offered in various layouts, and priced from THB3.675 million (US$120,000). The units are being sold as leasehold apartments, with the property then available in a rental pool managed under a new brand by Banyan Tree Group.
This new management brand will also offer a comprehensive range of housekeeping and room service options, including ready-made packaged meals for holidaymakers on the go.
