08 Feb 10 (TravMedia.com): As The Westin Mumbai Garden City opened its doors to receive guests on the 16th of January 2010, among the first to check in was Hollywood actress, Lucy Liu. She was in Mumbai to direct a short film for the series “Half The Sky” for American Public Network, PBS.
“We had a very hectic shooting schedule while in Mumbai and coming home to the Westin every night was a beautiful quiet place where I could relax and recharge. The staff has been amazingly courteous, helpful and sophisticated,” said Liu.
“It is a matter of great pride for us to have played host to Lucy Liu at this early stage of our opening. It is very encouraging for us to see the credibility that our brand enjoys.
