The job performance of casino employees in Macau, as evaluated by casino visitors, was “below a satisfactory level”, a report by the Macau Association of Economic Sciences has revealed.
Xinhua reported that the survey showed casino staff to be lacking in three main areas: smiling to customers, greeting guests, and being helpful.
