Malaysia Airlines ties up with French rail operator

Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has signed a new agreement that will allow passenger to buy joint flight and rail tickets for travel to, from and within France.
The new agreement with TGVAIR will offer single-ticket travel for passengers flying between Kuala Lumpur and Paris, and then onwards by TGV train to 19 provincial towns and cities across France.
French destinations available under the new scheme include Aix-en-Provence, Angers, Avignon, Bordeaux, Champagne-Ardenne, Le Mans, Lille, Lorraine, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Nimes, Poitiers, Rennes, St-Pierre-des-Corps, Strasbourg, Toulon and Valence.
Passengers will transfer to and from these cities at the TGV station at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, and passengers’ baggage will be checked through to the final destination.
MAS currently operates daily flights to Paris Charles de Gaulle using its flagship Airbus A380 aircraft.
