Ethiopia and Malaysia have signed an air services agreement. Bernama reported that the deal was signed in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa late last week, between Endeshaw Yigezu, Planning Director of Air Transport at the Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA), and Haji Kamaruzaman bin Haji Mohd Noor, Deputy Secretary-General at Malaysia’s Ministry of Transport. The agreement is likely to lead to the launch of direct Malaysia Airlines and Ethiopian Airlines services between the two counties.
