Mauritius will promote the destination at the Lakme Fashion Week.
The tourism board has tied up with fashion designer Ranna Gill to showcase her couture collection inspired by the island nation at the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2013.
Commenting on the association, Minister of Tourism in Mauritius, Michael Sik Yuen said, “Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority has associated with Lakme Fashion Week to further enhance the destination’s appeal in the Indian market. Ranna Gill will be highlighting a special couture line, highlighting the essence of Mauritius, during the event.”
