MENA Aerospace, Tempus Jets ink JV

MENA Aerospace Enterprises WLL (MENA) and Tempus Jet Centers LLC (Tempus Jets) have recently entered into a joint venture agreement. As per the agreement, the joint venture will enhance both organizations ability to offer diverse aviation product across the Middle Eastern. The joint venture will be known as MENA Tempus and will be based at Bahrain International Airport.
The benefits of the joint venture include a direct link between facilities in the USA and customers based in the Gulf region. This initiative will also offer technical capability and expertise for aircraft based in the surrounding area.
“This agreement provides an opportunity for MENA Tempus to cater for increasing demand in both business and personal jet services,” said
minister of transportation and acting chief executive of the EDB.
Elaborating further Scott Terry, CEO of Tempus Jets said: “As we expand our modification and completions capability, it is necessary to establish a presence in the GCC. We believe that providing technical services on a local level will accelerate growth for the MENA TEMPUS brand.”
