Most Macau workers worried about jobs

The results of a survey conducted by two local associations showed that 66.7% of Macau workers interviewed were “worried” or “very worried” about their jobs, according to a Macao Post Daily report.
The survey, jointly conducted by the Macao Trade Union Federation (FAOM) and the Macao Association of Economic Sciences between September and November last year, interviewed 12,774 locals from different employment backgrounds. Compared with a similar survey conducted in 2004, the number of “worried workers rose 4.1%, the report said.
