Mövenpick Hotel & Resoda’a has implemented a new non-smoking policy which includes the hotel’s four restaurants and lounges and all public areas. From now on, smokers can light up only in designated areas.
“Our main goal is to provide a healthier environment for guests,” said general manager Maged Gubr.
“We decided to take action and not wait until a smoking ban becomes the law. This decision was also supported by a huge number of guests’ requests asking us to go for a smoke-free hotel. This initiative reinforces our commitment to being an environmentally friendly hotel and it is also part of the hotel’s Corporate Social Responsibility,” Maged concluded.
