MALAYSIAN low-cost carrier AirAsia yesterday launched “Xpress Boarding”, a system allowing guests priority boarding and seating over the general boarding group.
Customers can pay RM20 one way to be allowed to board first. The airline, which previously practised a free-seating policy, will implement the system at all airports on its network including those serviced by sistercompanies Thai AirAsia and Indonesia AirAsia.
