Niccolo Chongqing, branded very strategic and important hotel for Hong Kong-based hospitality company, Wharf Hotels Management Limited has officially opened its doors Wharf have said in a statement.
The hotel is on the top 10 floors of the new 62 floor Chongqing IFS Tower 1, overlooking the Southwestern Chinese city.

Wharf Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd, is based in Hong Kong and currently operates 15 owned or managed hotels under Niccolo or Marco Polo Hotels in Hong Kong, China and the Philippines. Three new Niccolo hotels are currently under development in Hong Kong and China.
Niccolo Chongqing is a joint venture between The Wharf (Holdings) Limited and China Overseas Land & Investment Limited.
Currently the city’s highest hotel located in the heart of Jiangbeizui, Chongqing’s new Central Business District, Niccolo Chongqing was designed by world-recognised hospitality design consultants, Hirsch Bedner Associates (HBA).
